Return Policy

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, including documents.

 

Jewellery altered, resized, or damaged by the buyer is not eligible for return.

 

All returns must be insured, tracked, and clearly marked as return. 

 

Fees from mislabeling will be deducted from the refund. Buyer covers return shipping unless item is faulty or described. 

 

Customs and original postage fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 

 

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after return approval. Failure to follow the return process may result in a reduced or refused refund.
