Shipping Policy

We ship within the UK and internationally via Royal Mail or DHL Express, depending on value.
UK orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Next Day Special Delivery (Orders over £150) .
International orders: Sent insured with DHL Express or Royal Mail International.

No PO Boxes outside the UK – residential or business address required, or the order will be cancelled.

Customs/import fees are the buyer’s responsibility*—please check your country’s regulations.

Lost or delayed items are subject to courier investigation (up to 30 days UK / 90 days international). If confirmed lost or damaged, a full refund will be issued.
